SEMICON China 2018

Shanghai New International Expo Centre
Shanghai, P. R. China
March 14 – 16, 2018

Visit us at the German Pavilion at booth #2772

We present our Reticle Management Software (RTCL) which covers the entire reticle and carrier life cycle including mask ordering, CofC validation, incoming qualification, reticle stocker automation, reticle inspection, tracking of movements, status changes, waiver, requal, repell, repair, etc.

Our Mask Vendor Connectivity (MaVen) provides for monitoring of the entire reticle order process, automatic status and ETA updates from the mask house, automatic read-in and plausibility/validation checks of data prep information, reticle order files (e. g. SEMI P10) and CofC files. Automatic emails to configurable groups of engineers can be sent, based on the validation result or other business rules. Corrective actions can be taken, before the reticle is manufactured or shipped, resulting in tremendous savings in both cost and time.

iCADA's Advanced Inspection Management Software (INSP) provides for triggering and monitoring of reticle inspections, based on a very flexible counter and timer mechanism. Dynamic cycles per reticle or reticle group can be configured, e. g. to reflect the decreasing inspection cycles after reticle cleaning/repair, when counting the exposure dose to monitor crystal growth and haze. Automatic inspection download and analysis of all reticle inspection results (KLA Starlight/TeraScan, ASML IRIS, CANON PPC, NIKON PPD, Dr. Schenk Pollux, etc.) minimize human errors and insure that your business rules are strictly met. Moreover, inspections can be easily visualized and further evaluated in our advanced Reticle Inspection Management GUI (RIMGui).

The latest developments are our Probe Card Management Software (PCRD) and our generic Durable Management Software (DRBL) which cover the life cycle of durables in testing areas like for probe cards, probe card boards, probe heads and sockets. Furthermore, other generic durable types like saw blades can get managed by the iCADA systems.

Our software provides an open interface to integrate seamlessly with any MES and MCS system, as well as photo dispatch and scheduler applications. It is in production since 1999 in many advanced fabs around the world.

iCADA's durable management system (DRBL) manages new durable types in production

iCADA's generic durables management system is managing other durable types like sockets in near future. DRBL covers a lot of simple durable types, which are used in semiconductor manufacturing as well as in other industries. We also improved our existing products RTCL and PCRD, and introduced new features such the Flag system, which indicates specific events or issues.

iCADA's reticle inspection management system (INSP) adds a new set of features

The Reticle Inspection Management System (INSP) of iCADA got enhanced by a rule based adder detection using reference or magnetic inspections. In addition the user is able to review inspection result maps, defect images, analyze and classify defects in one single system. The coordinate transformations on particle and defect positions is one the core functionality of INSP and reliefs the process engineer from routine work.

iCADA's new reticle inspection management system (INSP)

iCADA's new Reticle Inspection Management System “INSP” has taken the step into production at a major semiconductor fab in Europe. INSP enables reticle engineers to review defect maps with defect images from the inspection equipment, to compare, analyze and classify defects, and to find new defects within the entire reticle inspection and defect history from iCADA's reticle management system RTCL.

iCADA's new durable management system (DRBL) in production

iCADA's new probe card management system (PCRD) — a system based on iCADA's generic durable management core (DRBL) — went productive in May 2014 at a major semiconductor company in Germany.

This installation concludes the next important step for iCADA towards their generic durable management system (DRBL). The new PCRD system manages probe cards, probe card boards and probe heads over their entire life cycle in a high-mix fab for 200 mm and 300 mm wafers. A full integration into a new fab automation landscape is coming later this year, including RFID identification of durables.
